Overview

Cine Shore Rating:
3.0 A feel good flick!

PLOT

Nazriya is a young girl who gets fascinated for Nivin Pauly during her school time. All she wants is to get his love and how she finds is forms the rest of the Plot.

PERFORMANCE

Its more of a heroine oriented flick and thus Nazriya gets a huge screen space especially in the first half. Although her role doesn’t seek any big performance, she does a decent job all together. The director used her effectively relying on few casual histrionics of her rather than a complex one. Nivin Pauly once again does a good job with what has given for him in a heroine oriented flick. Aju Varghese ,Ranji Panicker, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Lal Jose etc are adequate.

STORY – SCREENPLAY – DIRECTION

The story of the film is quiet simple and straight forward. Thus the Screenplay is written with few entertaining sequences and witty one liners. The screenplay is fine is first half and the tempo is maintained post interval too. But towards the climax its quiet predictable and laggy. Jude’s Direction is good as he shows a nack in explaining thing subtly and its his debut work. He is promosing.

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

Music and background music’s by Shaan Rahman is an asset. Lots of scenes are narrated with the help of background music. Vinod Illampally’s cinmatography is slick and there is richness in hos work. Editing by Lijo could have been better with the length goin quiet long resulting in few lags.

ANALYSIS

First half is good with Nazriya dominating the screen space. The entertainment factors and few feel good scenes takes the movie forward. The movie goes fine post intermission too but later becomes quiet laggy and a predictable climax limits the overall feel. Still it’s a decent flick with enough dose of entertainment and neat performances.
