Chorakodinja Kinaavukal is a clean case of lack of marketing. Being a first time attempt as a complete spoof flick, the makers didn’t or couldn’t convey the genre to the audience which killed its opening. Although the film had average word of mouth and got few appreciations from a certain group of youngsters, it wasn’t seen in the theatres. The film grossed just an 82 lakhs from Kerala and the share from this which is less than 35 lakhs can’t even get the money invested for its publicity. Another disaster in box office.
