Being released on October 22nd high expectations were riding over the film and without any shyness it satisfied or rather exceeded its hype and hoopla around it making a clear Blockbuster for both Vijay and Murugadoss together for the second consecutive time. As per reports it has grossed more than 120 crores and is biggest grosser for both the actor and director.
