Picket 43, is another film which did a break-even business from Kerala as it grossed around 5.40 Crore. The film’s opening was quiet average, but it sustained over the days. Though the film was a poor performer in the rural it did decent businesses in main centres, especially Ernakulam. The film was further helped by its moderate budget and one can term it as an average when the returns are considered.
