Kunchako Boban’s Onam release Jamna Pyari took a decent opening with the help of Onam weekend. The film which released on Thursday had fair occupancies in main centres and average in the rest. The word of mouth about the movie is pretty ordinary, but the cool promos and release time has assured a respectable opening. The film has grossed around 2.22 Crore from 4 days and needs to perform steadily for some more days to enter the safe zone.
